MANUAL HARVEST
of the best grapes in our vineyard, treated respecting the nature according to biological farming methods and biodynamic approach.

According to the
TRADITION of REGGIO EMILIA,
the fermentation happens in a natural way, taking advantage of indigenous yeasts contained in the grapes, without undergo clarifications or filtrations.

Fundamental characteristics are
LOW SULPHITES CONTENT
and the sediment which is proof of the refermentation in the Ancestral Method.
